Hi! I'm Jenn.
I’m a multi-disciplinary maker who loves to learn new ways of making things — taking classes, watching videos, and trying stuff out on my own. Knitting, spinning yarn, sewing clothing, and leather-working are some of the disciplines I work in. Many of my projects use all sorts of reclaimed and recycled items.

…and sometimes when you’re hitting the holiday markets you have to buy something for yourself. These earrings by @quinncurnow are the most epic things I’ve ever owned, and I’m completely in love 😍

@stormof69 is a Portland treasure, and the Holiday Ordeal was downright magical. I laughed, I cried, and I came away believing that the world can be a better place when we love each other.

Transfer day for the late harvest wine! Last weekend the yeast stalled so I had to kickstart it with a new infusion of yeast, and fortunately that really helped. This crazy (unmeasured) vat of dates, raisins, alley grapes, and a sh!t-ton of sugar was strained and racked into a carboy tonight for secondary fermentation.

Oh, what a messy day! Making a rather strong brew, and our hands slipped while we were transferring the mash from the pot to the fermentation container. SPLAT! good thing we have a shop vac on hand.
